As a longtime partner of The Heart Foundation, AOO Events has helped create meaningful fundraising experiences supporting the cardiovascular programs at Cedars-Sinai. This intimate benefit transformed a private Bel Air residence into an elegant setting where philanthropy, hospitality, and thoughtful event design came together in support of lifesaving research.

Serving as Executive Producer, AOO Events designed and produced every aspect of the guest experience while embracing the natural beauty and character of the estate. Inspired by the home's rustic elegance, the team created a refined event environment featuring a custom-fabricated stage, a welcoming step-and-repeat arrival, and carefully integrated design elements that complemented the property's architecture rather than competing with it.

The result was a sophisticated fundraising experience that balanced warmth, intimacy, and purpose.
