Created for a Fortune 500 corporate client, this annual sales meeting welcomed more than 1,500 attendees to the Warner Bros. Studio lot for a full-scale celebration that blended corporate recognition, immersive hospitality, and world-class entertainment. Set against one of Hollywood's most iconic backlots, the experience brought people together through a day of connection, celebration, and shared experiences.

As Executive Producer, AOO Events designed and produced a multi-layered event that transformed the studio environment throughout the day. Guests first experienced an Americana-inspired celebration featuring elevated picnic hospitality, marching bands, and interactive entertainment woven throughout the backlot. As evening arrived, the environment evolved into a high-energy concert venue centered around a custom-designed stage and headline performance, creating a dramatic shift in atmosphere without ever losing the thread of the guest experience.

By embracing the character of the Warner Bros. backlot while allowing the event to evolve naturally over time, AOO created a dynamic corporate celebration that balanced nostalgia, entertainment, and meaningful connection. The result was an immersive experience that demonstrated how thoughtful event design can transform a familiar place into an unforgettable shared journey.
