Produced for corporate client E=Mc², this annual sales meeting brought 1,500 attendees to the Warner Bros. Studios lot for a full-scale experience that shifted seamlessly from classic Americana to high-energy live entertainment.

As Executive Producer, AOO Events led the design and production of the multi-layered event experience, transforming the studio environment into an immersive setting built around connection, celebration, and shared experience.

Daytime programming embraced an Americana-inspired atmosphere with picnic-style hospitality, marching bands, and interactive character performances woven throughout the guest experience. As the evening unfolded, the environment transitioned into a concert-driven event centered around a custom-built stage and a headline performance that brought a completely different energy to the night.

The result was a flexible, entertainment-focused production that balanced nostalgia, live performance, and large-scale guest engagement within one cohesive event experience.
