SUPER BOWL activation

Created for Super Bowl weekend in San Francisco, this elevated hospitality experience transformed the entire 36th floor of the Grand Hyatt into a multi-brand environment overlooking the city skyline.

Designed and produced by AOO Events, the suite was developed as a modern, hospitality-driven experience that balanced the energy of football culture with a refined and contemporary design approach. Every room throughout the space offered panoramic views of San Francisco, creating a dramatic backdrop for guests throughout the multi-day activation.

The creative direction centered around a clean architectural aesthetic, featuring a royal blue and gold palette accented with geometric design elements woven throughout the environment. The result was a cohesive branded experience that felt polished, immersive, and intentionally connected across every touchpoint.

Blending hospitality, design, and premium guest experience, the activation created a sophisticated setting for clients and VIP attendees during one of the most visible weekends in sports.
