Created for Sony Pictures Television and Sony Pictures, the 2025 Spring Screening transformed a working sound stage on the studio lot into an immersive press experience built around the network’s upcoming television and film releases.

AOO Events designed and produced the post-presentation environment, beginning with a media-rich arrival experience that guided guests through the event space before entering the screening presentation. Custom content, LED towers, and show-driven visual moments immersed attendees in the featured programming from the moment they arrived.

Once the presentation concluded, the space was completely reconfigured for the evening event. Scenic and media elements that framed the screening experience were seamlessly integrated into the final environment, allowing the technology and storytelling to evolve naturally with the guest experience.

The result was a flexible, design-forward production that balanced press presentation, immersive media, and hospitality within a single transformed space.
