Set against the natural beauty of Ojai Valley Inn, this multi-day incentive program transformed a luxury resort into an immersive brand experience designed to celebrate achievement and strengthen relationships. More than 400 guests—including top sales performers, production leaders, and key supplier partners—were welcomed into an experience thoughtfully tailored to recognize each audience in meaningful ways.
AOO Events designed and produced a people-first incentive program that extended the client's brand across the entire property through custom outdoor environments, hospitality experiences, and two uniquely designed awards celebrations.
