Each year, Gatorade brings together the nation’s top high school athletes in Los Angeles to celebrate its prestigious Player of the Year program — recognizing standout achievement in athletics, academics, and leadership across every high school sport.

For the 2025 experience, AOO Events designed and produced a series of hospitality-driven events and custom environments hosted at The Edison on Sunset Boulevard. Athletes from across the country were welcomed into a fully immersive space created specifically for the program and its guests.

This year’s creative direction drew inspiration from one of Gatorade’s original retro logos, blending heritage brand elements with a fresh, modern event experience. Custom-designed environments, layered branding, and tailored guest experiences transformed the venue into a celebration of achievement, energy, and community.

The result was an intimate, highly personalized hospitality experience that honored the next generation of athletes while staying rooted in the legacy of the Gatorade brand.
