Hosted at the iconic Pelican Hill Resort, this intimate 30th birthday celebration transformed a blank canvas into an unforgettable luxury experience in just eight days. Created as a surprise by the guest of honor's future mother-in-law, the private event welcomed 30 guests into an evening defined by vibrant color, thoughtful details, and elevated hospitality.
AOO Events designed and produced every element of the celebration, blending bold design with personal storytelling. Rich velvet linens, metallic accents, custom place settings, and a spectacular 32-foot floral arbor featuring more than 50,000 blooms created an immersive dining environment that felt both sophisticated and deeply personal.
From playful touches inspired by The Golden Girls to every carefully considered design detail, the evening celebrated identity, connection, and the people who mattered most. The result was a one-of-a-kind private celebration that demonstrated how exceptional event design can transform even the most intimate gathering into an unforgettable experience.
