Executive Incentive & Recognition Experience

For 354 associates, leaders, and supplier partners, this Champions Club incentive experience transformed Mackinac Island into a celebration of achievement, connection, and shared purpose. Designed around the idea that the journey itself was part of the experience, guests traveled by plane, coach, ferry, and horse-drawn carriage before arriving at the historic Grand Hotel, creating an intentional transition from everyday business to meaningful recognition.

AOO Events designed and produced a multi-day incentive program that embraced the character and traditions of Mackinac Island while reimagining the 187-year-old Grand Hotel as a private destination experience. From afternoon tea on the iconic porch to the "Red, White & Brew" supplier appreciation brunch, every environment and gathering was thoughtfully designed to encourage conversation, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the people behind the company's success.

The experience culminated in an immersive Awards Gala inspired by a 1940s Hollywood movie premiere, complete with a retro-future finale and the reveal of the following year's destination. Every detail reflected AOO's approach to incentive travel and live event production—creating experiences that recognize achievement, inspire loyalty, and leave lasting memories long after the journey ends.
